Delete Your BeeZee Account
You can request deletion of your BeeZee account and all associated personal data at any time. We'll process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
How to request deletion
Contact our support team using one of the methods below. Please include the phone number associated with your BeeZee account so we can verify and locate your data.

What data will be deleted
When we process your deletion request, the following will be permanently removed:
- Your profile (name, phone number, email, profile photo)
- Service area and category preferences
- Trusted Hive membership and connections
- Sent and received buzz (referral) history
- Wallet balance and transaction history
- Saved payment methods (handled by Stripe — also removed)
- Any messages, invitations, and notifications
What we may retain
For legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and tax compliance purposes, we may retain limited transaction records (such as anonymized payment summaries) for the period required by applicable law — typically up to 7 years. This information is not linked to your personal identity after deletion.
